Marcel Reich-Ranicki was supposed to recieve a price. This 88 year old man was supposed to get the German-TV price for his life-time achievement- but he rejected it. He rejected it, saying, that modern TV is just crap and that he just does not want to be compared to all the other people, that recieved prices.

Sunday I saw Wall-E and I was AMAZED. This movie simply RULES. Not only is it a touching love-story, told in a way that even children can understand it, but it's also critic towards society. I love it!

Prinzipiell würde ich dir darin zustimmen, dass Reich-Ranicki n Held ist. Ihm wiederum stimme ich darin zu, dass dieser Preis ein Oscar für Arme ist. Allerdings fand ich diese Aktion unter aller Sau. Er als Medienprofi wusste, was ihn erwartete und ich halte es nie (auch wenn die Betreffenden wirklich nicht so doll sind) für okay, andere Menschen in der Öffentlichkeit zu demütigen.
Auch als verdienter end-80er darf man sich sowas nicht erlauben.
Ich finde man kann diese Leute gar nicht genug öffentlich demütigen. N kleiner Pranger aufm Alexanderplatz in Berlin mit der ganzen DSDS riege und ein paar Peitschenknechten. Das ganze leif übertragen auf ARD un ProSieben. AUf ProSieben mit Kommentar von Stefan Raab. Daran fände ich gefallen. Da würd ich auch mal ProSIeben gucken
